My Final Illustration

Since having studied two illustrators, i now have to make my own using aspects of both there work if i choose. I also will add my own flair. Obove will be all the workings of the process i under took and the final out come which i will discuss later on.

I started using one of Nuno Da Costas face and body from two different illustration, from there i used coral draw to get a clean image that i could work with. Then in photoshop i did all my skin tone by myself and i am really pleased with the outcome!

I used the painting tool to shade the skin tone and used highlights to make the skin look glossy. I then transfered the face back to coral draw where i started on the hair using the artisitc tool. i then transfered it back to photoshop to add in final blending and touches.

The dress was created on coral draw where i used the 3 point curve to make it. i again transfered it back to photoshop where i coloured the dress using the paint tool.

I love my final illustration and i am pleased with the outcome although would have loved more time to add more detail to the dress and maybe some accessories.

Overall i enjoyed this assignment but wish i had more time as it was really enjoyable as illustration is something i love doing.

The transformation from 1st year to now is amazing, i self taught myself alot on photoshop last year on placement and it helped my basic skills become more evolved. I never really used coral draw before alot but found it to be very helpful.
